This time of year, pretty much EVERY day seems unproductive, we're all counting down the hours until we're off for the holidays. So this survey on productivity is a little ill timed, I guess keep it in mind for next year?
A new survey of about 300 HR managers around the country asked them to name the day of the week when employees are usually most productive. Here are the results . . .
1. Tuesday, 39%.
2. Monday, 24%.
3. Wednesday, 14%.
4. Thursday, 3%.
5. Friday, 3%.
So people are most productive at work on Tuesdays, and least productive on Thursdays and Fridays. The survey also found that employees are least productive after 4:00 P.M. and most productive between 10:00 A.M. and noon.
