Five Random Facts for Thursday

Here are some random facts for you . . .

1.  By one estimate, BTS adds an estimated $5 BILLION annually to South Korea’s economy.  That’s around half a percent of the country’s entire economy.

2.  Grover Cleveland is the only president who had a child while he was president.  His wife gave birth to a daughter during his second term in 1893.

3.  Only four teams in the NFL have never been to the Super Bowl . . . the Cleveland Browns, the Detroit Lions, the Houston Texans, and the Jacksonville Jaguars.

4.  Merv Griffin originally wrote the “Final Jeopardy” theme song as a lullaby for his son, and called it “A Time for Tony”.  And he earned more than $70 million in royalties from it in his lifetime.

5.  There’s only one member of Congress who’s ever had a number one hit . . . Sonny Bono.  He had a number one hit with “I Got You Babe” and was a member of the House of Representatives from 1995 to 1998.
